Time to dust off your best Pride gear, stock up on all the glitter and sparkles you can find, and get ready for a month-long celebration across the entire Bay State! Massachusetts has a proud LGBTQ+ community from one end of the state to the other. From the iconic Boston Pride for The People (BP4TP) Parade and Festival to the 5th Annual Halifax Pride event in Plymouth County, Pride Month in Massachusetts has never been more exciting. Pride Month 2025 Across the Bay State
Time to let your Pride flags fly free! Pride Month is upon us, and the lineups are finally out. Here are some of the highlights of this year’s events from Boston to Halifax, MA.
Boston Pride for The People (BP4TP)
Join the 3rd Annual BP4TP Parade and Festival (all ages) with live music, entertainment, and performances throughout the day at the Boston Common. Looking for a more 21-and-over event? Catch the Block Party at City Hall Plaza. Both events are free!
- When: June 14, 2025, Parade runs from 11am-12:30pm
- Where: Parade starts at Clarendon Street near Copley Square and ends on Charles Street at Boston Common (full parade route)
Plymouth Pride 2025
Come join the festivities at Plymouth Pride in Nelson Park! This year’s Pride Festival will have live music, exciting entertainers, including drag performances (for all ages), and the much-anticipated beer garden is back! Explore more than 90 vendors and educational resources. Hungry? No worries. Expect some awesome food trucks with all your festival favorites. There will even be a pet contest, so bring your fur buddies, and we’ll meet you at Plymouth Pride 2025 for this free event.

5th Annual Road of Rainbows 2025
Dust off your sneakers and bring your friends and family to this one-of-a-kind athletic event in the Bay State, where gender knows no bounds! Bring YOU and be YOU at the Road of Rainbows celebration for the LGBTQ+ community, Massachusetts arts, and all athletes, armchair, or pros! Run or walk the 5k course—as long as you do it “with love, support, and a team cheering you on!” A gender-neutral, pay-what-you-can event for everyone.

South Coast Pride
This year’s South Coast Pride theme is True Colors. So, don your best and brightest, and head out for some awesome live music, lots of dancing, amazing food, outstanding drag performances, and a ton of games and crafts for kids of all ages. Pick your location or come to both events!
- When: June 7 and 14, 2025; both events are from noon to 5pm (rain or shine)
- Where: Buttonwood Park, New Bedford, MA (June 7) and Hopewell Park, Taunton, MA (June 14)
Boston Black Pride Music and Arts Festival
Catch the Boston Black Pride Music and Arts Festival with DEJ LOAF headlining alongside a long lineup of your favorite artists. Enjoy a parade, followed by a festival where you’ll enjoy live music, dancing, and excellent food and drink. Everyone’s welcome!
- When: Sunday, July 6, 2025, from noon–8pm
- Where: Boston, MA
5th Annual Halifax Pride Event
As part of the ongoing Pride Month events in Halifax, MA, Halifax Pride 2025 is back for another year of exciting LGBTQ+ events, Halifax, MA style. The initial goal of Halifax Pride was to establish supportive environments for LGBTQIA+ individuals in Halifax, MA. Today, Halifax Pride is celebrating its 5th year of this special event.
Come join us for a fun-filled day of live music and entertainment, including the always fun family drag performance. Enjoy food, drink, and an excellent array of local vendors. Don’t miss this yearly Halifax Pride event—bring your friends and family and connect with the LGBTQIA+ community for an inclusive, welcoming day at the Green.
