Weed and Pride: What You Need to Know
If you’re planning on checking out what we have to offer at Flower & Soul to help you fully enjoy Pride, we can’t wait to get to know you! It’s important to be aware of Massachusetts state laws regarding cannabis purchase and consumption to ensure that you stay within legal limits.
In Massachusetts, both legal and recreational weed are legal. That being said, it’s still illegal to smoke weed in public in Massachusetts, so you’ll need to make sure that you’re enjoying the goodies you pick up from our dispensary in private.
If you’re staying at an AirBnB or hotel, it’s important that you reach out to the property manager or owner to learn whether they’re OK with you consuming cannabis on their property. Also, you’ll need to enjoy the cannabis you purchase here within Massachusetts state lines, as it’s still a federal crime to transport weed across state borders (even if weed is legal in both states).
