Starting Green Wednesday this year, we have a few objectives on the agenda, and we need a little help from our customers who we know care just as much as we do.

We’re Filling Local Tummies with a Thanksgiving Food Drive

Thanksgiving is all about food and family, but some local families are struggling to keep food on the table. To help lighten the load, we are working with local food pantries and organizations to collect as much non-perishable food as possible through the holidays during our food drive. We’ll have donation drop-off points available for our customers and will be making arrangements to get this food to people in the community who need it the most. If you would like to help, be sure to ask about food donations at the dispensary.

Help Us Give Smiles for Christmas with Our First Toy Drive

With higher costs of living and more money spent on just getting by, a lot of locals in Halifax are feeling the sting this holiday season. With that in mind, the need to support local children and make sure they get a visit from Santa is a big priority for us at Flower & Soul. To help make sure children in need have something to make them smile this Christmas, we’re planning our first-ever toy drive for the 2024 holiday season.

Starting Green Wednesday, we will be accepting new, unwrapped toy donations for kids of all ages from anyone who would like to pitch in and help. We are partnering with local non-profit agencies to help get these toys into the hands of eager kids by Christmas morning. ‘Tis the season for giving in Massachusetts, and we’re so excited to jump in and help with the local efforts.
